Download Instructions

In order to view the PDF file, you must download the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe's web site. The Reader can act as a browser plug-in and thus allows you to view the document directly in your browser. Once you have the Reader installed (see Adobe's instructions on how to do that) you just click on the link to the document below and the file will come up (if you get a dialog box asking you if you would like to download or configure your viewer you can hit configure viewer and tell it to open the reader). Hit the print button on the new button bar that comes up when the Acrobat Reader loads.
